Mostly found in the Savoie and only in the ~~~

~~~ round 20F and in unusual thicknesses with a "D" above the monogram... and have been turning up for the past 40 years according to those who know the chip and living in the Savoie.

One being a well known coin dealer who had an exhibit at F.U.N. many years ago with just one example in the display without anything else and no description, either.

Here is an ovale which must be quite rare... as I have had two MOP experts in California offer me a MOP Chip in trade worth well over $2000, of which one coming from a lot of five with serial numbers from 1 to 5.


I can easilly be talked into a trade for any MOP in the $2000 range that passes the fingernail edge test... grin

One thing for sure; the "D" is not the ~~~
