That the Victory Club (1933-1937) ashtray precedes "Tommy's" (1937-1954) Here are the examples I have from the original Victory Club. I also see there is no CHIPGUIDE listing for the Victory Club, CC, I will make that addition to the guide soon as it was a separately licensed club with the same address, like hundreds of NV clubs, bars and what-nots.
