Could be ... but you have to be motivated ... get involved, have group functions, education, day trips, auctions, guest speakers, raffles, show & tell, trade sessions ... community involvement, charities, publicity events, small trade shows, club ambassadors, press releases, donations, have have fun, laugh, live and enjoy your hobby & collection ....
