The letter is from a major manufacturer who took the time to respond to David's email and, did so in explaining, fully; the whole process from when they first got the call for a "reorder" (that term should answer ALL your questions) up to the assumed reasoning why examples were about and even mentioning the defined application of inserts by NJ... all the proof we need...

Also, I am sure a lot of us learned a bit more from most of the posts in most of the threads.

Like Michael and David; I'm done... grin
