I found these lovely Las Vegas Imperial Palace dice in a bargain bin at a local flea market. Marked only 50-Cents. I guess a good deal, but I don't know a lot about dice except seven can win and loose -- oh crap. These are not in the Chip Guide, but I would like to know what company manufactures these particular dice and why are the "pips" have a dot and a circle around them. I will submit with proper information. Thanks in advance with the help.
