I accumulate Kroger fuel points and redeem them for up to $1 off per gallon. I still haven't paid more than $3.99 per gallon, but that will end in mid-June when I am in northern Michigan where there are no Kroger gas stations.

Kroger periodically offers 4x fuel points on gift cards, so if I put $250 on gift cards I get 1000 points ($1 off per gallon) and route a lot of my spending through those. I charge the gift cards to a credit card and get credit card rewards as well!
