My faithful Epson Perfection V100 scanner gave up the ghost this week. I had that thing at least 15 years. It captured pink chips perfectly. I replaced it with the new V39 scanner. Horrible decision. It washes out the pink.

Anyone have any recommendations? I see Micro Center has the Epson V600 photo scanner. Does anyone have any experience with one of those? Any other scanners handle pink chips well?

So disappointed!
