I was in Bally's Dover, Delaware Casino (formerly Dover Downs) and I checked out there Roulette Tables. They have 4 Roulette tables but only one was open - $15.00 minimum bet per spin with $1.00 value chips.
The Table #s being used on the 4 tables are - 07 (yes the 0 is there), 14, 29 and 36. This is the craziest numbering system I have ever seen used in any Casino. I have no idea how or why they picked this array of numbers !!
I don't have any of these Roulettes available but if I happen to get a few I will let you know.
