Mizpah Bar chip?? Possibly ID correction

This has been on my desk for a year and I never got around to sharing. I can't even remember why I would have looked this up in the first place because I'm usually not researching Nevada legal chips...

Someone asked if I knew anything about this chip.

They've been attributed to the Mizpah Bar in Tonopah, NV, probably because they were sent there to a Robert G. Williams in 1951.

However, the unusual design and the "Club" on the chip for the Mizpah "Bar" in the "Hotel" made me dig a little. Robert Williams purchased the Mizpah Bar at the time of the chip order, but he was also the Sergeant-at-Arms for the local Tonopah Rotary Club (he resigned in 1955).

The chips really resemble the rotary logo. My guess is that these are fraternal chips.
