From what I learned in the chipguide and from fellow chippers, these are apparently from a San Francisco California illegal card room. Chinatown, specifically. I don't have any specific knowledge about, nor provenance for, these chips. I bought them at an auction, shared the love a bit with several of you, and since they're not my primary collection, someone else who specializes in these is better off selling them (or keeping them).
