WI plates have a shedding problem. I asked at the DMV and the lady says, only if it's under five years old. The state makes defective plates, and I can't wait to hear from someone who gets pulled over for having one that's unreadable? This looks like a 7 year old plate.

Good news, the replacements are actually cheap. $2 and I already got some spares.
