You can notice the blood vessels on the reverse of this plaque which, in my opinion; was carefully selected and the numeral carved on the nicer side... and some of the vessels can be easilly seen on the reverse.


Not sure what game this was used on or the purpose of the numeral but, I do know of several other denominations/numerals though, not this style of carving.

This was a recent find at a flea market in France.
