She has the locations of most of those fiberglass Giants, reported by a faithful network of correspondents. The giants came originally in several different figures/poses: Paul Bunyan, Giant Woman, Snow White sort of Dwarves (the one with the white beard and one front tooth), etc., etc. Originally marketed to Muffler Shops, for some reason, and those giants held a tailpipe between their hands. Joor Muffler Man still holds one. The fabricator was in south Los Angeles County, I want to say Hawthorne or Gardena. Advertised in some trade journal that went out to mechanics. Also a Giant Indian who advertised Mohawk Gasoline, one of which made his way to Massachusetts!
