The pinball machines in casinos in the 60s and 70s were not like the ones with the flippers. You injected a ball onto the playing field and if it fell in a hole, that determined your payout. Common casino signs in that era advertised “Slots and Pins”. This is a picture I took at the Pinball Hall of Fame last week. This being, just a small part of the entire museum. Forgive the inversion. No matter what I do, it comes out upside down.
