Those who are fully vaccinated are safe to not infect others; they do not need a mask and, yes; we all know that even then we can contract and spread but, after two years of instruction we pretty much know when to not be around others and it is the the unvaccinated who are spreading the virus and every school district knows why Jimmy and Sally are carrying the virus into the classeoom...
