~~~ but to fully experience the delight fron preparation to presentation to Indulging in the feast; being on a Greek ship during Orthodox Easter is totally unforgettable... Though I have been on several Greek ships; two of the most memorable were once during Easter where they were roasting lamb (12) over open fire on deck... and the second was on a small gambling boat in Tarpon Springs, where while we were waiting to board, the local Greek women were carrying trays of home-cooked specialties on board and afterwards everyone was tipping them twenty dollar bills. The food just melted in your mouth.
