I haven't sold on ebay for a while and when accessing my account recently it asked me to provide my checking routing/account number, date of birth and last 4 digits of my social security number. Is this now required by ebay to sell. Naturally I'm concerned this may be a fraud request but it was made of me when I logged into ebay.
