I tell everyone to use Pirate Ship. I use it for all chip packages, it discounts from USPS rates. It will tell you based on the size/weight of the package what the cheapest method it. It will generate tracking numbers, allow you to buy insurance, etc.

I have shipped internationally a couple of times, it generates the customs form on the outside of the package, etc.
