~~~ "Do not shake" so she could scoop out the cream at the top with a teaspoon and mix it with two eggs in a bowl with warm milk laced with coffee and I would dunk a slice of toast and then drink it down and with the second slice of toast clean out the bowl... I was set for the day in school with fruit and milk for lunch.
