It's not a casino item

You may have bought it from a casino, but the "Scrooge's first euro" was a coin made in various finishes (including silver and gold-plated) and sold in various packaging options. This one was packaged with a regular euro in a plastic case for coin collectors.

You can find other packaging variations on Ebay by using the search term "Scrooge's first euro".

The Scrooge piece is not an official coin from any government mint, and it was not produced by a casino. They tend to have a value between $45 and a couple hundred dollars, depending in composition.

Example as a single coin attributed to a German company: https://precious-collectibles.com/product/scrooge-mcduck-first-euro-by-bayerisches-munzkontor/
