My guess is Yes - Purchased this Deluxe Set about a year ago locally in Las Vegas on Offer Up. The chips and dice are cheap but it came with x2 authentic decks of Binion's playing cards (Cancelled) as well as an authentic 2004 WSOP 500 Buy-in Chip (Notched).

This might also explained why all the 2004 buy in chips out there are notched. (sold in gift shop)

2004 was the last year the WSOP was owned by Binion's Horseshoe
