Searching for information. This "thing" showed up in my collection about 18 months ago. It came with a bunch of other Louisiana chips, but it doesn't match anything else I've seen in look or feel.

Sure looks homemade to me. The inlay doesn't match the normal Harrah's Shreveport 60-year anniversary design, which has a serial number and a red denom, and this inlay has a sandpaper-like texture. The rim is interesting in itself, not matching anything else I've been able to find, so far. The chip is just weird.

Have any of you folks seen this type of thing before? If so, where?
