Yeah. I hear you.

On the other hand, 6000 Americans made it out and, according to the Secretary of State; there will be a diplomatic effort put forth where any American wishing to return to the United States will.have any possible assistance. He did fully explain that there are Americans who have no interest in returning to the United States and I remember that in 1963, when some whom I worked with very closepy decided to go to Russia; stay in Germany and Italy and remained American citizens or dual Nationals... Even as recent as when covered swept through Europe every American citizen there was asked if they wanted to return to the US and you'd be surprised at at some of their responses...

Sometimes being an American citizen is only a convenience... Generations in your state; South Carolina and North Carolina and Virginia have had residency in the Bahamas and Bermuda and Jamaica for over 160 years...
