Hacienda playing cards metal printing plate

Hi all, sharing this unique Hacienda playing cards metal printing plate that I purchased 25+ years ago. I've never seen anything like it. Anyone have any info on the background or value? Does anyone have metal printing plates from other casino playing cards?
