You can only send an email to another email address. The person receiving the email has to read it using an email reader. If you want to send something to a "phone" you would normally use a "message" and address it to a phone number - though most phone have lists that lets you select a name and uses the corresponding number to send the message. If you have an email that you want to forward to a phone number you have to "copy" it in the email system and "paste" it in the message system. At least the is sort of how I think it works - I am sure there are applications the automate parts or all of this but I don't know what they are.....
