I am just getting into selling on ebay and have listed some items (auction style) with separate shipping charges. Someone wants to buy three items and combine the shipping charges for just one package sent. How do I refund the shipping on the two other items they purchased? Transfer by Pay-Pal? I don't know how to do it within ebay.
