I'm trying to get a chip shipped from someone I met on Social Media to the US and he lives in Canada.
Every time I mention I live in the US the discussion ends.

If there is a chipper that lives in Canada, perhaps I can get him to ship it to you and you could send it to me?
I'll make it worth your while with money or chips and I would pay your cost of shipping to me.
