I do still ship in the padded envelopes. I just tell the clerk no insc or tracking. Though not all Post Offices will ship like mine does. Way to many gray areas between each Post Office

I have taken a envelope to different Post Offices in the past and those clerks (jerks) will not ship without insc and tracking.
