Btw; R. Hanover knows of 4 chips w/ 21,000 made.

Not saying these are Nevada, but maybe something went wrong in 1934 (if they were intended for NV) and maybe a gaming license wasn't issued and the inventory had to be squashed... Though, the numerals are not typical of denominations which would have been used in Nevada... except, maybe they intended to cater to some "foreign" group(s) where those numerals/denominations were common.
