Today we talk about one of the chips that I got gifted to me at the CCA Convention by Westen this past week/weekend at the South Point Casino. This chip is very interesting because it has the old school Packard-Bell Corporation logo on it with "HBA" on the backside. My belief is that the HBA stands for Herbert Anthony Bell, who was one of the founders of Packard-Bell. Maybe, this was apart of a personal set or it could have been an advertising/tribute chip possibly. I feel like it's from the 50s/60s/70s era as well. Whatever it is the story is unknown and I feel like we have a good chance at figuring out the story behind it.
