new release Palms Social Poker Club new release

The Palms Social Poker Club in Austin, TX, is the smaller sister to The Lodge Poker Club & Card House in Round Rock, TX. You may have watched The Lodge live poker streams on YouTube. Like The Lodge, Palms also uses a ceramic chip. These chips are still in great condition, considering the beating that poker players can put on chips at the tables. They are not listed in the ChipGuide (yet).

Many Texas poker rooms initially incorporated a "Tip Chip" as they interpreted the law as making it illegal to remove any chips from the poker table -- even to tip the dealers. Instead, players purchase these tip chips at the cage for $1 each and use them in lieu of the $1 house chips to tip their dealers. Unused tip chips can be returned to the cage for a refund when you cash out. Texas poker has matured over the last 3 years and many poker rooms have since abandon the tip chip. Fewer than 1/3 of the poker rooms now use tip chips as they go the way of the dodo.

I’d prefer to trade for other $1 Texas chips that I don’t have, but will also sell.

$1 house chip = $8
$5 house chip = $12
$1 tip chip = $15

Postage = $.55 in regular envelope, or $3.75 for padded mailer with tracking number. CONUS only. PayPal FF accepted. Email if interested, or join us on Facebook in the Casino Chip Collecting group at the link below to contact me via Messenger.

More new Texas chips will be posted on the Casino Chip Collecting group this week. I'll post them a day or two later here on the ChipBoard.

Walt - I have one of each set aside for you.
