According to the "Vital Vegas" blog (very snarky, a fun read) two new high-end steakhouses are set to open on the Strip - one very soon and the other in the near future... Carversteak is coming to the new Resorts World Las Vegas which opens in three days... and the famous Brooklyn steakhouse Peter Luger's will open a Vegas location at Caesars Palace - no announced date... I know where I'm eating next time I visit!
