Just some thoughts...not trying to stir the pot.
1. If they were personal chips...they obvious could of used these chips...or would they of been of his initials?
2. Could they have been bought for the actors/actresses to play on set while waiting? Or as movie props?
Are there any Warner Bros movies were they have a card table set up? These could be movie chips?
