Never heard of CBYI before but I took a look at it and what it is. My only idea as to why it's jumping like that could be that the price of property (houses, apartments, condos, commercial properties and etc.) in Vegas has been just going up so that would make sense to me. Could possibly be that prices across the country are going up too. So if it keeps going up they keep buying the price could possibly keep going up.

Another thing could be that since it is such a low price many of these OTC day traders use it to make their daily profits where they can buy hundreds of thousands of shares at once for a relatively low price, make their profits for the day and then dump it. Those are my thoughts, could possibly see the price of the stock go up more in the future though.
