After seeing a post down the index by Bill Purcell, mentioning "Casino de la Capital" in San Juan, I see there is a listing in The Gaming Table, of the casino opening in the 1890''s with a notation [CC]. Perhaps someone has additional information (which Bill had asked for) if not already mentioned somewhere within the Puerto Rico section.
