I don't think that is the issue since I have Win 7. I am old school and never wanted to try to learn all of the changes in Win 8 or 10. In fact, Cindy got a free Win 8 computer and I bought a program call Start 8 that turns it back into a Win 7 appearing machine. During the pandemic her computer died and the only thing available was a Chromebook. We just sold it last week since it just did not work for us. I bought her another Win 8 machine that I found at an extate sale and yes, I did rebuy the Start 8 program again.
