If you are into nature and nice sights then you might want to wait until later in October and enjoy the colors when the leaves change. Cindy and I did that trip a bunch of years ago and may do it again this year. There is a very nice hotel that actually has a view of Niagara Falls from the rooms but I can't remember the name of it. There are quite a few casinos up that way also. Have fun.
