People that are selling these fake/prototype/NCV chip as a once live chip and describe them to be real cashable chips into the casino instead of describing them as a fake/prototype/NCV chip, should be more than ashamed of themselfs. Don't get me wrong, there are real live chips that look like the one you posted, that were live and are still cashable to this day, but not fake chips with painted inserts. Don't risk trying to cash them in...
