Though made in Spain; I doubt for CUBA.

Even if the denomination ("100.") is saying "this is not.100(?), but rather 100(?)," I still doubt Cuba, unless I see the decimal point on some form of coinage or banknote... or private token. 100 centavos are still equal to one peso and I doubt the denomination is a multiple of something where the decimal point is placed; though stressed, if that makes any sense.
