Though I realize it's not specific to any one casino since it is the same on both sides but, what I think is unusual about it and might be a possibility in helping to ID it, is the lower case "f" style which just might be a pattern with the rest of the series' denominations depicting the same "f" monetary unit with the horizontal arm over extending the vertical portion of the engraving which appears to be intentional as is the foot... Other than that, I do not notice anything else on the chip which might match others from wherever in France it might be from.
