Here's pic of an Ellis Island $5 chip (from MOGH / ChipGuide):

It appears to have been issued around March, 2020 and says "Not in TCR" per ChipGuide.

The latest TCR (20th edition) was published in June 2020, so maybe it didn't make the cut-off for publication?

Is this chip just the newest $5 rack chip at Ellis Island? Readily available there? Or is it something special / hard-to-get, etc?
