The obverse has a chip at the very top and, if you were to taken a straight edge to it horizontally and vertically, you can see the unevenness... where maybe there were several chips around the edge through the years and this was the best way to try cleaning it up. It's not the only piece and so far we think about five or six in Spain. It's big, too; 70 mm square.
