Bill are you using first class mail?
You can also use media mail, which still provides tracking and a label same as first class, the only difference is 2-9 day delivery time vs 2-5 for first class. I'm sure if the buyer doesn't mind the additional few days the lower cost may be a positive for the shippe and the purchaser. I still use both, depending on what items are in the package or what the buyer prefers, but I've had no issues with the media mail so far. The rates average about $2.50 to $3.00 pending weight
