... before I became a volunteer

I stumbled across this 2016 haul looking through pictures of previous conventions. I was not a volunteer, I spent money and gambled.

I don't know or remember my total bill for the trip, but is was well into the 4 figures. I was staying at the Rio at the time and you can see a couple Rio LE's I harvested that were missing from my collection. (Thanks to Allan McCurdy who also sold me (mail order) a bunch of new Rio LE's around that time.) I'm a Rio collector as some of you know.
Anyway, As I was viewing my haul, wow I over paid on a few things and wow look close I seen a couple good deals with all that money I spent.

I'm getting excited for the convention. Take it from me, become a volunteer, meet new people and spend less money.
