Items can be on the ChipGuide if they are:

1) Used as money in a casino - chips, tokens, TITO's, etc.
2) Casino equipment - cards, dice, etc.
3) Casino logo'ed collectibles - postcards, matchbooks, ashtrays, etc.
4) Chip - whether used in a casino or not. The reason we allow non-casino chips on the ChipGuide is to inform the public that they are not casino chips.

Your item is for an online poker room, which is not a casino. And the item is a token, if it were a chip we would put it on the ChipGuide.
