Mostly in Florida and other southern states, they were primarily internet cafes but we have quite a few that I entered some time ago. Submit scans of both the front and back, enter them as Player Reward (Slot) Cards and provide as much information in the comments as you can. I'll get them entered on the ChipGuide as quickly as I can.
