Arachnis Terrestrial Orchid spikes in bud formatio

Not showing these to brag or anything like that, but when Coronavirus hit us last year, I stopped all feeding in order to devote my leisure to concentrate on other matters.

This type orchid isn't easy to get to flower, either, unless it gets the proper care with a lot of feed and adequate water supply which, the water mostly keep the aerial roots healthy with green tips, as the ground roots can seek their own water.

Some of these spikes are in excess of one meter in length which, I never had with these, before.

Some of these canes have pushed out double spikes as well.

...and I had temps as low as 37 to 33°F this month and there is neither any damage to buds so far... and no Thrips attacking.

Very few folks in this hemisphere believe this is possible... Others, elsewhere; where these are native to, do.

Orchids are special!
Looks like a close relative of Vanilla Orchids
The taste is completely different...
