I got a new computer and I need to know the best "free" software for scanning, cropping, chips etc. I used Picasa for years with great results but I don't think it is available any more.
I now have Windows 10 and Epson Perfection 4490 Scanner.
Is Picasa still available ?? What other programs would you recommend ??
