In my opinion Siegfried Fishbacher's death is the end of an entertainment era in Las Vegas. From their first appearance at The Tropicana in 1967 to the last show at The Mirage in 2003 they set the bar for entertainment in Casinos. Without them I don't think there would have been an explosion of lavish stage shows like the Cirque shows. I think Sinatra, Elvis, Liberace, and Siegfried & Roy were the Top stage shows in Las Vegas history. As collectors of gaming history I would be interested in who has Siegfried & Roy memorabilia in their collections.
