I send 1 or 2 chips or slot tokens in a small bubble envelope all the time. Between $1.00 and $1.50 depending on zip code. I just ask for no tracking or insurance. I do know I am very lucky with having postal employees that understand the gray area in their codes. I just sent a padded envelope to Reggie in Florida from Calif. with 2 chips and cost was $1.20 . Made it just fine. Just need to keep the envelope thin as possible. Less that 1/2 inch thick.

The problem is the postal employees not understanding the gray areas in their codes and rules.
